    Hello after some ideas, my washer sometimes doesnt spin when clothes are in the drum,(motor freezes) took the back off thinking it could be the brushes but couldnt find them is it time for a new motor or is there any repair work i can do(basic knowledge of motors)

    It’s an induction motor, check the start capacitor, probably 16uf hanging upside down, top left as you look from the back.

    Thanks dave for you response just checked it im sure this is a 20uf,however theres no loose connections would you change that initially

    Yeah, just change it, they’re cheap enough and universal types will do just fine.

    Swoped it with a new one,used the washer 5 times and it works perfect.
