    Hi, we’ve just bought a house with a Samsung RS21FCSV and although we’ve downloaded the user manual, we can’t find where the water filter is located to change it. can anyone help? 😕

    The common one is the external WSF100 water filter that you can find here:

    There are compatible alternatives but that’s the genuine water filter. It will be sited outside the fridge freezer somewhere, normally at the side or in an adjacent cupboard and just fits inline on the water supply hose.

    The obvious water filter is inside the fridge and looks like this:

    And, again there are cheaper compatible water filters available as the Samsung one is a bit on the pricy side.
