Customer says machine coming up with E03 and E06 and sometimes door will not open and will not drain.
Anything I can tell her or should I visit with a part.

And what part pray tell if you’ve not even seen it or know what’s wrong? 😉
E03 is a drain timeout after one and a half minutes.
E06 is a reported failure to drain by the pressure switch after ten minutes indicating that there is still water in the machine.
So, most probably and the number one cause, a blocked pump and or filter.
