hi all. i have a problem i hope someone has come across before
i had to remove the doors on my samsung fridge freezer to get it in. my son and his pal did it for me and all seemed well until i plumbed it in . no water to the dispenser , on checking i found a small plastic pipe which runs along the front of the appliance was out of place . there is a hole in the door hinge for the pipe but it will not stay in place. i cant seem to find out if the pipe goes in the hole and is fixed internally or if there is a part that has been broken and needs replaced. the model no is

If when you try to dispence the water no water is leaking on the floor the most likley fault is the pipe is kinked stopping the water flow.
You will need to disconect the pipe from the fitting at the front underneath the kick plate and remove the freezer door again.
You will then need to feed the pipe through the hinge and refit the door and reconnect the pipe.
You also need to check the wiring connectors on top of the door to make sure the connectors are refitted o.k. after you refit the door.

thanks bob. i had a look at it again and it looks like the pipe parted under strain , as the boys did not know there was a pipe there, i can see other part of pipe up the hole and as you say the door needs to come off and the pipe reconected.
thanks for your help . if i get it fixed ill post the results.

If the pipe has broken off in the door then you will require a new door. ( not cheep )

You also then have to transfer the display electronics etc to the new door.

    Not a DIY job.
