Word has reached us this morning that Crosslee who’s main UK brand in whitegoods is White Knight in the UK, is to switch from using Service Force to GB DAR.
In a letter sent to it’s agents GB DAR states that they are to commence this work shortly, yet no Service Force agent that we have spoken to is aware of this change as yet. The service seems to primarily relate to the White Knight range of tumble dryers but the letter does state that there may be call for service on hostess trollies, electric cooking and refrigeration product as well.
No-one as yet knows where the service responsibility will fall for gas products including gas tumble dryers which Crosslee produce.
