    Hi all, we have a DD603 which just comes to a halt mid cycle and sits there doing nothing. There is no error code to indicate the fault. (We typically use a fast wash on Eco setting which has a 42 minute duty cycle. The washer stops with 25 minutes remaining.)

    I’ve checked the pumps and hoses and everything seems to be okay. Is this likely to be a problem with the Controller?

    Sounds like a faulty heater plate which is probably not a DIY option.
