Van Explosion

Refigeration engineer in Australia died in explosion
Would have possibly had oxy acetylene in the van plus maybe isobutanes etc, it was certainly a large explosion so if he opened the door and light came on,flicked the ignition on the van, lit a cig etc plenty of spark opportunities so if there had been a leak 😯
Don’t know for definet what caused it as the investigation still on going.
