    Hi,
belt on the floor and when refitting it the motor is floppy with nothing seeming to tension it. No broken springs anywhere inside so my question, is the tension created by the belt? If so I’ll order a new one at around £35 a shout. Or should the motor be tensioned?
    Many thanks

    Thanks Mark,
This spring is still in place but I couldn’t see what it was supposed to do so will go back today and have another look. Any chance of a part no in case it is broken? 😀

    and the belt is 352279
have had a loose pump pulley on these in the past that also threw the belt off.

Not like the vee belt tightness on front loaders, quite loose, new belt should do the trick.

    Hi lads,
I went back and the spring was a bit weak so I pulled it out a bit and it seemed better so left it with the customer to try. The motor plate still seems floppy but maybe they are like that.
Fingers crossed as the belt is expensive and Connect haven’t got the spring listed.
Any problems I’ll let you know.
    Thanks for the help.
    Rob
