    My washing machine keeps turning itself onto a 30 minute fill cycle fills then switches off for 3 seconds and repeats, I cannot reset it and have checked all pipes for blockages and everything is clear, im reluctant to call an engineer if it is something minor

    Do any of the lights flash on it?

    Nothing just says 30 on the display then fills, display goes blank then repeats

    Connections to LV components are possible, any number of parts faulty, mains issue or an electronics issue. It’s pretty much impossible to tell without digging into the machine.
