    Hi,

    I need to order a new part for a Smeg dishwasher DI612CA.

    It is the seal between the watersoftener.

    Do I have to order a custom part or would a DIY shop sell it?

    No doubt it’ll be part of one of the units, I doubt you’ll get it separately but we can check.

    Thanks – its just the black seal. Looks like an o ring I think.
    I’ve swapped the two rings round to double check 1 is faulty and I pretty sure thats the only fault.

    Those ‘O’ rings are available as spares, a very common leak point on these machines as well.

    I don’t have the part number to hand but Mark would certainly know.
