    hi this is my first repair on an lg d/d the fault is error LE , when i called out to look at it the motor is making a screeching noise and the drum is not turning , the drum will turn intermittently but not every time ?

    also if anyone has any tips on getting the motor off

    remove drum pulley and you will see it about 6-8 10mm bolts hold it on plus some wiring connectors at the bottom

    ok cheers for the info , after reading some other posts im thinking the fault is with the stator ?

    COULD BE BUT SOMETIMES IT CAN BE THE PCB GIVING YOU THE SAME FAULT MADDOCKS WHERE DOING STATORS AT A GOOD PRICE
