    anyone come across this one b4 customer was complaining of a pool of water at the bottom of the front panel , checked all hoses and door seal etc , had a look underneath at the drum <img src="” alt=”” style=”max-width:100%;” />

    cant understand what could get through the inner drum to do that damage ? customer said she had a repair man in a few months ago to replace a heater element !

    Did he use a lump hammer to get the old one out?

    HAD AN LG ONCE TUB WRECKED LIKE THAT WOMAN WASHED THE FLAT METAL TOP OF A GAS HOB THE BURNER DISK PUT IN THE MACHINE INSTEAD OF THE DISHWASHER…………..

    but she bought a WHIRLPOOL, there’s nothing to complain about, it’s merely doing what is says on the tin…!!! :rolls:

    ha some good feedback guys , it didnt shake about or make any unusual noises she said just kept leaking , could this be faulty materials ?

    Think you would have to open the drum up to look for any impact signs internally before questioning materials.
    Maybe not happened all at once.
    Is she stone deaf by any chance ❓
