    This machine has an intermittent problem. You press the start button and the door gives the click and starts up and after a few seconds stops with start/pause light flashing. Works ok most of the time..

    Going through the memory E34 is flashing. Any ideas what’s going on here?

    P.s meggered the heater and seems ok

    Have you checked the motor brushes?
    The E34 code is a pressure switch fault. It could be a hole in the hose, pressure bottle blockage moving about, filter or earth leak on heater. The earth leak need only be a few mA and won’t be enough to throw the trip but the PCB (E2000 board) is very sensitive to this. A simple test is to remove the connectors from the heater and plug them on a spare solenoid valve. This gives a circuit and a little resistance. The PCB will run if the heater is the fault. It will activate the valve in the heater phase. Use the diagnostics routine to establish this.
