I dont normaly repair ovens but this is my sisters. The main oven is totaly dead – no fan,heat or light. The top oven works. There is power to the board. Is the board or the selector likely to be the fault or is there anything else.

Probably the power board, check it for signs of physical damage and if it seems fine read this earlier thread.
