    I have a Zanussi ZWF1621W which will run though a full cycle, at the end of the cycle the start/pause button flashes and will not let me open the door. I have to turn the machine off for the door to open.
    Any ideas what could be coursing this?
    pump and filter all clear

    As far as I am aware you do have TRADE ACCESS don’t you?

    That being the case I suggest you ask such questions within the trade forums please. 😀
