    Front Loader Samsung Diamond 6kg washing machine Model WF8602NFW/XEU

    Every time I wash 40C or above the cycle stops after about 10-20 minutes with error HE1 on the display, on Samsungs website they say turn off the power and external power switch and back on to remove message, this does not work, also there is a red lock flashing on the display even if the washing machine power button is off.

    I can only use 30C at the moment. Any ideas? 😥
