Samsung RSN1DTMH ice build up again

Been called out again to Samsung American fridge freezer which despite having had a new modified fridge evaporator cover fitted in June 11, has started to build ice on the top left hand corner of the evaporator cover again. Any ideas please? Cheers Kez

Did you fit the modification kit which has been advised previously..Not the heater.
