    Bit of info please, been out to this one, the dryer motor has completely come off the upper heater duct, did a search for parts on connect, all that came up was a small diagram showing 3 different upper ducts and a different part for the motor, really confused as to what parts I need? The serial number is 31800097 0949 3842 if this helps

    This is a Hovver/Candy appliance. If you do not have access to Hoover info them PM me your email and I’ll send the manual.

    Thanks, but still can’t work out which one of the ducts to fit?
