Hi all, I have two of these now and just want to make sure I am diagnosing these right! Freezer is choked up with ice> Fridge is not cooling> I have defrosted both> Fridge still not cooling. Is this the sensor at the back of the fridge compartment? I have disconnected the slide gate on one of these units before for a customer and heard nothing back. This slide gate is on the air duct between the Freezer and the fridge on the top left hand corner when you look in. Any info greatly recieved.

sounds like its not doing the defrost cycle,sometimes the heater has disconnected from the terminal,other times its the back board gone,mostly because the condenser is blocked.can do a selftest on these whats the 85 number and the serial number under it both 12 digits long ?

sorry about the delay in reply. the serial number is 110428007984. The 12nc is as posted on the Subject. Appreciate the help.

Yours will have self test which will make diagnosis a bit quicker.
