    Hi been out to this washer today when you select a program it goes from ready to active after you press start then within a few seconds it flicks back to ready and stops the cycle .I meggard heating element and motor and they test ok .Any ideas please Kez

    Could be a door lock issue, is the door locking?

    I will answer on kezs behalf Martin apparently sometimes it cuts out during the fill at other times it will start to wash before cutting out ,the door does lock ok Thanks Cras (colleague of kez)
