Homark fan assisted oven white dials

Can anyone locate the dials for Homark oven, please. I’m at a loss to know what the model number is but the silver plate on the inside of the door says:

If this isn’t enough information please advise where I can find more. The oven is at least nine years old but works as well as the day we inherited it, which is to say it overcooks, but fairly consistently.

There are three white knobs/dials on the front for the timer, the grill and the fan oven. They are round, about an inch in diameter with a black dot. On the back is a porcelain stem which attaches to the metal protuberance. The metal stems have broken on two of our dials, making cooking a less than usually easy experience. Inside the knobs are the two numbers 422 and 10.

Any ideas?
