    hi guys just bought a used Whirlpool S20DRSS33 fridge freezer.

    i have switched it on and left it over night to see if its all working ok.

    the freezer seems to be working as it says 23 degrees on the front panel and feels cold inside and also its making ice cubes ok.

    however the fridge part ther front display is just reading – –

    anyone have any ideas is it suppost to show the temp on the fridge part ?

    i dont have a manual for it so if anyone could help or has a manual they could send me i would appretiate it.

    That doesn’t sound good.

    The fault codes for the Whirlpool fridge freezers are here.

    Service manual, no chance we can’t even get one, more here on them. Although for those, if it’s 2006 or later, then there is a test procedure available which is here.

    Ordinarily, it’s a case of sitting and working out what the problem is and doing a lot of reading to learn what you’re looking at and for.

    hi mate i dont need the service manual i was looking for the operating instruction manual.

    Whirlpool may have one but I don’t think they offer them for download.

    Put this number, 858615815020 into the 12nc box and you should download the 1st one which is in english

    thanks john i tryed searching with that number in 12nc box but it said No results found for this search 🙁

    I just tried it again and got the model right away, try using the commercial code which is
    S20D RSS33-A/G, copy and paste the number as the spacing has to be correct to find the model.

    worked this time.

    thanks john. i might know how to work it now as it never came with a manual.

    and regarding – – fridge problem i tryed the test procedure a couple of times and i thought it dident work as had no error codes or alarms however then after switching off and on few times. times the now it displays fridge and freezer temps on display ok 🙂 least its working.
