    Hi all

    Got a customer with one of these machines, she says after end of every wash cycle, she has to drain out water at bottom using several cups!… Been there 3 times so far and never happens when I’m present…. Is this a jammed pump? Or purely imagined lol

    Also any schematics on this would be very handy

    Could be imagination…if it isn’t draining correctly it should throw up an error message by flashing lights 1+2.
