    Hi Guys,

    Can anyone help me with the fault code(-50) on the display of my Zanussi zdf601 k dishwasher, after about half an hour of running on any wash cycle it stops with hot water in it with (-50) on display,but will go all the way through a rinse only cycle without stopping, p.s. I haven’t touched anything yet as would rather wait for an expert diagnosis first

    Means theres a problem with the wash motor which is electronically controlled, if it runs at full speed when it should’nt be it will throw up i50 fault, normally its a short circuit triac on the p.c.b thats causing this.

    Thanks seamy,was hoping someone would come up with the techno on this one ,is there a simple fix,replacement triac etc, or is it a new p.c.b,doesen’t sound good to me….regards…..Dave
