    Hi

    I am hoping someone can help me. My washing wachine is the 7kg direct drive LG – purchased circa 2002. It washes great. I used to have appliance care for it for 5 years and during that time the engineer replaced the whole door.

    Recently when the machine is switched on and the washing loaded and the programme selected and started the washer flashes DE and blleps – after a while (less than a minute) it starts the programme and fills with water and completes the cycle fine.

    Trying to ascertain which parts I need – door lock 6601ER1001A – LG Washing Machine & Washer Dryer Door Lock or 3650ER3002B – LG Washing Machine Door Handle

    The door is silver and the main machine is white (some reason engineer fitted silver/chrome door)

    All works fine other than that apart from minor squeak when spinning/vibration but this may be due to my floor Please help Thanks

    more than likely door lock but the door handle pin could be out at one end if you look on the inside of the door above and below the door hook you will see 2 small holes look carefully to see if you can see the metal pin if you can you need a door lock
