    Flashes up A-02 when switched on and door wont open when switched off.anybody got error codes for this please.

    Tell your customer to :rtm:

    It refers to a safety issue, either: water level too high or temp out of range.

    So a flood problem or the fluff filter needs cleaning or hasn’t allowed the ‘cool-down’ period to elapse on the dry cycle and other such related issues….

    Thanks Martin this machine is one we’ve acquired to refurbish .As they are quite new I dont know much about them but will download the manual now.We had problems with a similar washer – turned out to be the motor which affected the door lock but we havent a spare motor to try this time.Must be the smallest motor fitted to a modern washing machine.
