hi guys looked at this today the door wont lock , needs new interlock and missing release lever on door also , customer sayes it trips out rcd , i locked the door manually and it started a cycle ok , now when i went to drain it will go into a 500 or 600 rpm spin immediately with the pump running , there is another drain (E) program further on round the dial and this works ok , the drain pump makes a woeful racket though (i checked nothing in there ) , i couldnt leave it on a full cycle cause of the door not locking ( kids in house, dog etc ) i seen some posts about dodgy boards and pressostat probs , would these symptoms sound like board prob ?

Sounds like you’ve got a piece of Merloni junk there that’s for sure. Tacho fault springs to mind regarding your spin problem, failing that then yes the module may be faulty? Drain pump’s clearly got to be replaced too along with the interlock and door handle kit. So it’s getting worse and worse….

…as for the tripping the RCD?……could be anything but heaters and motor are up there as the main suspects to my mind. 😥
