I’ve ordered a complete dispenser unit for this model the one I’ve received is c00268761 but it is too long to fit in the machine, the valve assy sticks out the back by about 1″1/2 , I need the part number for the shorter one please.

Welcome to the mad house that is indesit, must cost a fortune wharehousing all these different parts for the same model n/o but its a different comercial code so there may be 1,2,3,4 etc variants of the part you need.

I can find 9 different models of WMF740 with several different commercial codes, none of which match the numbers you have given. 😥

The C/C codes I have are,
54708
54714
54715
57719
64628
64629
69417
64644

Also just found C/C 69231. :rolls:

The commercial codes are the 3rd to 7th numbers of the industrial code, not the serial number.
