    Hi

    I have a customer who is complaining that on the heavy load 60c program the machine leaves the clothes soaking wet. If after completion they put it on a spin cycle it works fine likewise all the other programs complete with a full spin and no problem.

    Has anyone come across this one before? or have any idea to the cause. Apparently it will fail every time but was working fine upto 3 days ago and they have been using this program from when they first had the machine.(machine about a 18months)

    No idea Jeremy, never heard of it before.

    It uses the same spin profile on all programs bar delicates so I dunno what that’s all about, I can’t see any way it can happen basically.
