went to this one yesterday.door locked and nothing from there on.checked brushes and they completely worn out.ran a rinse program before i left and everything ok.cust now tells me that m/c takes about 20 min to begin after after pressing start(door locks straight away).also he says it is not heating now.brushes replaced by tilting m/c back so no removal of motor or connections.comm cleaned with comm stick.will obviously check heater on return.any ideas

Possible air lock in pressure switch. But I’d say she’s pulling a fast one. If it started when you were there I can’t see why it doesn’t now.

prob fixed by now but can air lock on the drain pump if the wee breather on the drain hose where it joins the pump is blocked.
