Whirlpool American Fridge Freezer – Not cold & leaking

Our Whirlpool American Fridge Freezer (Serial858616215000)has a problem with the fridge not cooling. We defrosted manually 3 weeks ago as the freezer had also stopped working and that seemed to do the trick for a while. The fridge is now heating up again but the freezer still seems ok. There are no error codes or alarms activated except the 6th sense one. The motor seems to be running constantly.

The newest issue this morning is that there is water dripping from where the coiled plastic tubes enter the fridge on the inside behind the vegetable drawer.

Any ideas what is up?
