    Hi

I bought a heater element assy for my CIC60 but cannot see how to get to the connectors for the wiring.

Removal of the old heater is easy enough but the wires go through a small hole into the back of the dryer and since the rear and both sides are made from one piece of sheet steel I assume I need to access the heater wiring from the front which looks like a complete strip down job.

Can anyone suggest the simplest way to reconnect the new heater?

    Thanks

    Paul

p.s. I already posted this in a reply to another post but then realised the post was 7 years old so starting afresh 🙂

You need to remove the side panel of the dryer.

Sure…it’s a Candy after all said and done so don’t expect an easier way. 😈
