Hi Guys went to an AEG Lavamat 72630 pnc 91400209601 it won’t start any program. Start & wash time lights on if I select drain no light on the door lock light though the interlock is energizing & the interlock looks fine on inspection. No fault codes coming up unless I don’t operate the interlock then I get E40 which is right. Any suggestions guys. Thanks Mack.

Check out all the usual suspects first (i.e brushes, heater and blocked air chamber)and let us know how you get on! 😀

Always worth trying in a replacement lock. Don’t know how many of these you see in Cyprus but here this is an essential on board stock item for everyone.
If it still don’t go, oik the board out (it’s a pain but you have to get used to it) and carefully examine to find where the burn marks are 😉 .

Thanks for the replies guys. I checked out the PCB board & it was quite black around the transformer but the tracks all looked intact. The cost of a new board out here is quite expensive about 160 euros plus. Time to write it off. Cheers Mack.

QER do repair this board. Don’t know if they post to Cyprus but don’t see why not.
