    sorry no model number at present. but it has the mirco switch activated by the door, customer tells me there is no heat, but also there is no temp light on, but if the door is opened it lights up !!
    any advice please..before I call

    Then I’d go straight to the door switch and see what’s up with it. 😉

    Cheers Martin, for your advice…. got another little problem there is two different types of mirco switch… single or twin
    single is special order. dont know which one this one has fitted !!!

    Update Sorry model number is BU82SS

    There is a BU82SS, BU82SS.MK2, BU82SS.MK2T and a BU82SS/2.

    You will have to get the commercial code and possibly serial number as well to ID. 🙁

    All model variants now use Microswitch Part No: C00117389
    (Earlier C00199541 m/switch now OBSOLETE)
