weve just started using this , were put onto by steve @ repairguys via ukw meeting they’ve been using for a while and guess a few other are using
download Photobucket to smart phone free , this also prompts you to create on-line account – again free
you can then take photos of serials etc – add job number , hit share button select photobucket and photo is auto uploaded to online account ,
anyone you care to give access to online account can then view – anything you care to put on it .. if you dont want to give access you can send a link.
we get our fair share of serial problems , but this should now help ,
i think will be good for flooring , unable to take appliance out etc – engineer can take photo and within seconds office staff can view – ready and armed for customer
just another tool but quite useful ..
