ParticipantOur Bosch Logixx 7 WIS24140GB integrated washing is only a few weeks old and today it stopped mid cycle with the “Wash” and “Rinse Hold” lights flashing and the machine beeping. I think it stopped at the end of the wash cycle but I can’t be sure. I was able to turn off and re-run the cycle with no problems and since then I have run two more full cycles also with no problem.
I’ve searched this forum but can’t find any help specific to this machine and this problem. As the fault seems to have gone away, should I invoke the warranty or should I wait until the problem reappears? Or is it just one of those things?
The cycle which gave the problem was an “Easy Cares” 40 degrees by the way.
Thanks – Bob

I guess you didn’t check your ‘User Instruction Leaflet’ supplied with your machine? 😉
In it is shows various error conditions (Page 9) and in this case the error lights indicate that the drain pump or drain filter are the issue in this instance.
HTH? 😀

Now that’s embarrassing, I’m not used to manuals being quite so informative 😳
Thanks for your help.

Ok, I’ve removed cover at the bottom right hand side and it was clear inside. There is an impeller at the back of the housing which will rotate in either direction but in 90 degree “notches” – is this normal?
I’ve put the machine through a rinse and pump out and it was ok although the pump is making a sort of throbbing noise (presumably when there is no water left). Is this normal?
I’m not sure if I should just leave it or call an engineer under the warranty.
Thanks again – Bob
