i purchased a a hotpoint ff200lg fridge freezer from a major supermarket 18 months ago. Unfortunately the fridge freezer has started warming up instead of keeping the food cold/frozen. I keep defrosting the fridge freezer every 2 months to stop it destroying our food.
does anyone know of any current problem with these fridge freezers or how can i fix it?we have been in touch with the retailer & trading standards but the retailer just keeps fobbing us off.
any ideas would be much appreciated.
