Hi guys, I have customer complaining that her machine display changes between 58 mins and 1 min but keeps heating water. Also said there was a terrible noise like a bearing gone. Since the machine was only installed at end of last year I can’t believe it’s bearings. I wondered if it was something stuck in pump housing preventing water to drain and machine was stuck in cycle because of this? There has been no report of a fault code. Am still waiting to hear from customer, as I requested they drain machine and check filter first before I report for a service call.
