    My dishwasher door will not close, therefore I cannot use!! Is it a spring that I can repair? Also called the Bosch Exxcel Auto option 😐

    It could be that just the claw latch has triggered (visible inside the latch aperture) and it can be hooked open again with a piece of wire or small screwdriver. (No force required)

    If the latch itself is broken (Part Number 165243) it can be replaced fairly easily with a little DIY skill. Part available direct from the Bosch eShop 😀
