    Hi

    I have noticed that even when I put a wash in at 90 degrees, the door of my Candy CN126 washing maching is freezing cold. This tallys with the fact that everything that comes out of the machine smells of drains.

    It’s only about 5 months old, and it’s never been quite right.

    Help me to smell better!!!! 😥

    If it’s only 5 months old then it’s still under the manufacturers 12 month guarantee. If you phone Hoover/Candy service (GIAS) they will arrange for an engineer to attend for you.
