    Anyone know where I can obtain a replacement galss for the lower oven door..I would be so very grateful..

    Have only been able find parts listings for this machine in white. Please recheck model no, also pop up serial number and Dave should be able to sort you out in the morning.

    Wow thanks..I copied that number from elsewhere..but it is a Cannon Stratford in grey or Silver, i guess the colour is in the serial number.

    Where can I find the product code?

    Find the rating plate (down the bottom usually – if you’re unlucky, it’s on the back) and post the numbers from that please.

    It’s probably a 10538G as that is a silver Stratford, but best check to ensure correct replacement glass.

    have not had a chance to get the oven out yet, but could you tell me if the replacement glass is available, how much and how I get it?

    If this is the correct model the glass is about £35 inc VAT and post.

    I can obtain it for you, but obviously we need to be sure this is the correct model number before ordering as it will be non-returnable once ordered.
