pasting a ciopy of an email I rec’d from F-Gas support stating changes to the contacts and structure
Dear Brian,
From the 1st April 2012 the F-Gas Support service will be changing. This does not mean the service will disappear, just that who provides it will change.
Defra’s programme of activities to deliver risk-based implementation and enforcement of the EU and GB F gas and ODS Regulations will continue in 2012-13 and onwards. So, whilst the enforcement approach and the kind of support offered to business will be similar to that provided over the last 4 years, there will be some changes to reflect the progress made in implementing the regulations.
The website (http://www.defra.gov.uk/fgas) will continue to provide you with all of the up-to-date advice and news and is the place to access all the information you need on the regulations and how they apply to you, including the most recent information sheets.
The service offered by the F-Gas Support helpdesk will in future be delivered by Defra. For all future communications with the helpdesk please use:
defra.helpline@defra.gsi.gov.uk
The @enviros.com email address will not disappear straight away so if you accidently send your queries to it, these will be forwarded to Defra.
You will be able to read about future F gas and ODS developments on Defra’s website. Use the link above and look under the ‘Latest news’ heading.
Kind regards
Ray Gluckman
