ive been to a bosch sms63e09gb/04 dishwasher, its leaving 1min on the display and not doing the cycle, i seem to think its the heater but its the first time ive seen this model the heater seems to be part of the circ pump, theres two plugs going into it, one with three tags and next to it one with four or five tags iirc, any idea how to test these and am i right its a complete unit?

Are you sure it’s not displaying error E01 ? (Power module error)
And yes the heater and pump are all one unit.

It’s just showing 1 min no E I managed to get It running but after a few minutes it stops and goes to 1 min, not sure which ones are the heater terminals to test looks like I’ll have to strip out the heater/pump to investigate.

Been back today and it ran 2/3 of the way thru a quick wash but no heat, then it came up with e02 which I think is same as e01 power module, so guess its that, tested heater all ok, do the modules come ready to go?

Have you checked for a dry/burnt out joint on the heater relay on the PCB?

Provided you purchase the ‘programmed’ one (647242) at over £132 retail. 😯
The ‘un-programmed’ one (647386) a snip at 30 quid cheaper (but only BSH engineers can fire them into life) so best not go there. 😈
