Is anyone else suposed to be doing Daewoo repairs? We were told by our supplier thatif we sold Daewoo appliances we would become there regional repair agents (like Amica)….. turns out that we will only be able to repair stuff that WE sell IF the customer comes back to US direct and doesn’t call the call center first. I can’t help but feel a little miffed. Turns out that the other work (from what i can gather) is going to RC! Why can’t they work it off a postcode system like Amica?

Anyway a customer came in the other day and the door catch had broken on her 9kg m/c (for the 2nd time in 3 months, also we have sold about 10 of these m/c’s and all but 2 have had the same problem) So i did as instructed and rang the call center to get an authorization number. But when i rang in the guy in the call center didn’t have a clue what i was on about?! It was like pushing water uphill.Have i got it totally wrong or am i not following the correct route?… any help/advice would be great.

    Re: Daewoo Repairs

Hi we are set up as daewoo agents , but have never been sent any repair work. I have sold a handfull of daewoo w/ms, but hardly anyone stocks them anymore so for us it’s been a bit of a non starter.
