    The pump is working fine.
    The water is draining out no problem.
    But the machine never gets up to a full spin.
    After 5 mins it flashes F11.

    Is it time to order a board from EMW?

    F11 is a pump disconnected error, check the wiring and pump for going open circuit before condeming the module.

    The pump operates fine. Would it be worth trying a different pump first?

    the pump may be cutting out on the over temp protection just hang a pump on the outside for a quick check.
