    I have an AEG Sensorlogic Model 40860. I use Finish Powerball cleaning tablets. The tablet is often found lying intact and undissolved in the base of the machine and of course the dishes have only been rinsed and are not being cleaned. The 3-in-1 button is in and the light is on. The usual washing program is program is Automatic. The release flap for the Powerball appears to be clean and working correctly although sometimes it is seen to be open with the soggy tablet still inside it after the wash.
    This is a moderately hard water area. Any clues please? 😥

    Or using a low temprature wash . If using power balls then high temp intensive wash must be used.
