    Evening all,
    i havent seen this yet but customer rang me last week and said the freezer was working but the fridge was warm reading 12 degrees.i told him to try a defrost .he left it for 2 days and has tried it again but no joy freezer is still fine but fridge not getting any cooler.are there thermistors in this or are they foamed in any ideas welcome as i dont do much with refrigeration so am not sure what next.

    Likely the fan has stopped running or slowed up because of excessive frosting.

    fan had stopped running but a push got it running but as a matter of interest how would you replace the fan on this one?
