Got to go to this model and cust says it’s comming up with error 8 when you turn it on.
Any ideas?

You’re on your own with that one Nige. The model no doesn’t cut any ice with Neff or the BSH site. 😕

Thats what i thought. Cust had no more details but i’ll prob. find another number when i go this afty.
But as usual cust says “thats the ooooooooooonnly on the appliance and they’ve looked everywhere” (with eyes closed!)

I seem to think the manual that comes with the machine list the error codes. If its bean to cup I have found the biggest problem is customers not doing the cleaning and descaling cycles.

Owner lost the manual and I am struggling to find the correct model number.
It has a fill pipe sys display on board, assuming that the pump has failed. The owner vaguely said that the frother wasn’t up to speed. Just checking my diagnosis is correct as I have been given this machine to fix up for myself to keep and treat the wife to a daily fresh coffee.
