We gained a newly installed New World DW60 in our house. Its been used occasionally for the past 2 1/2 years.
However, it doesn’t appear to be cleaning properly. The tablet seems to end up on the floor after the programme has run right through, but hasn’t been dissolved. Any ideas what the possible causes of this are?

The detergent dispenser door sometimes doesn’t open enough because of design of top basket not allowing it to flip open. Try leaving tablet in base & putting it trough a full cycle to see if it disolves. I’ve had to modify top basket slightly by bending back metal bar so dispenser door can open fully.
