    hello

for a few month now we have been having and intermitant problem,The control panel freezes/crashes and its not posible to change cycles eg from rinse to 65deg. i have been to resolve this by turning of the machine and turning it on again whilst holding the cycle changeing button. this seamed to be the only way to fix it. any way that was a bit of a pain but no great stress.

however this problem now occures nearly every time and now also there is water left in the bottom as if the cycle crashes before its finished.

id love to try and fix this myself so would appriciate any advice!

    thanks

    Rob

    Hi Rob,

From what you have said it sounds like you have an intermittent
Pump fault or blockage, check the spout under the sink otherwise
It could be a gradual earth leak.
